Are they easy to put in and are they a good upgrade?????

yea less than 20 mins

take out valve cover and coil packon the p/s rocker arm....move all the outer rocker arm bolts they are 10mm. put in one of the ras in tighten the bolts. use a 1/4 inch rachet and just tighten it. proper way is torque it 8lbs. then on the driver side loosen the outer bolts and remove the oil splash shield. install the ras then tighten bolts.....put every thing back together...

thanks....also do you have to do a 5 lug conversion to do the z32 big brake calipers??

wow some one did their research...but no you dont mr greddy323. and rocker arm stoppers are over rated. floor it till your at 7k in 3rd and drop it in 2nd.

No, ebay sell 4/5 lug rotor for the 300zx caliper. Only problem is finding the offset for the rim with 4 lug to clear the caliper. Or else u have to run a hubcentic in the front.

I don't think u can do a 300zx rear brake upgrade becuz of the ebrake.
