greddy rocker arm stoppers question

i installed the greddy rocker arm stoppers on my sr now it wont let me rev past 7500 which is fine with me now but will this change when i get springs and retainers..and is this normal that it is limiting my revs to 7500...because i have an automatic ECU with a 5 speed swap so i have no rev or speed limiter....any ideas?? thanks

Thats not normal. Even with my RAS in I can still pass 7500.
