I bought the Greddy rocker arm stoppers from Phase 2 but they didnt come with any istructions. I took the valve cover off my sr20det but couldnt figure it out. Are you supposed to mount them on the inner part of the cam towers? I noticed that when I placed them in that position the holes lined up but the tabs were sitting inside the valve springs. Are you supposed to bend them under the rockers?

Also, all I have is S14 FSM and I have a S13 Blacktop motor. Are the torque specs for the cam towers still the same? The S14 FSM said to tighten to 11 Nm in a certain pattern but it seemed like it should be tighter.

NO NO NO!!! dont do that. they are suppose to go on the outside of the cam towers. they are designed to keep the rocker inplace over the lifter. you must torque the bolts properly as well... DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM

I still dont understand how they work. I was supposed to get some instructions with these things but Phase2 never sent them. Are they just supposed to sit on top of the rockers? And are the torque specs and pattern for tightening the s14 the same for the s13?

S13 has the same torque specs as the S14.

If you google image greddy rocker arm stoppers there is a picture of them installed.
