greddy oil pan problem

Was wondering before i bought the suspension techniques sways bars and greddy oil pan...i heard that with aftermarket sway bars the greddy oil pan will hit the sway bar...possible little grinding needed on sway bar...true untru? what is a good way to go if it is tru? need some experience here...thanks

I have Largus Sway bars in mine which are real thick and it does hit...I have a GReddy knockoff though but it is essentially identical. It hits but it looks like it is just touching, not resting up against it
