Ive given up on the SR and Ive begun to sell off all the parts that Ive collected. To make things easy Ive been looking at the Greddy Kit just cause everything is there, my question is just is it worth the money. I think the injectors need to get upgraded for sure though.

You can piece a kit together for cheaper, but its a pretty good kit. However you will pay for the name brand.

JSG is another really good kit, or treadstone.

piecing together will come out cheaper, but the greddy kit is great and goes in easily. only problem i incurred when i installed it was the heat shield bracket next to the master cylinder needed to be bent in a little for clearance. after i primed the oil it fired up on the first try and ran nice and smooth. holds 6psi very well

with the greddy kit to get you to three hundred you would need to upgrade the 370cc injectors and either unlock the blue emanage it comes with and have it retuned, along with adding the timing function on to it, or just get an emanage ultimate set it up so it up with the a/f ratio and let it auto tune, then take it and have it fine tuned. you would also need to add an electronic boost controller and a bov, along with an intercooler or my personal favorite... alcohol/water injection.

but if you did do all that you could have a setup that would be able to max out the turbo which is said to be 400-450hp. but you would probably need to upgrade the internals if you went that high

Buy the JGS kit and Enthalpy ECU tune with a EBay FMIC kit, cheap and the BEST of both worlds.

I hope it is okay for me to post a non sponsor, but, if you or anyone ever wanted to get an emanage ultimate and you suck at reading pinouts, soldering, and so forth. This company actually makes a plug in harness so you don't have to cut in to your harnesshttp://www.boomslang.us/ultimate.htmjust something useful.

Ive heard nothing but good thinks for Enthalpy, but I dont want to run any "extra electronics. Ive been going back to Biki Rom, I dont want any thing to give the imprison that the car is indeed boosted. I dont even want gauges in the car.

You need to rethink everything you just said. Bikirom is a ecu tune, enthalpy is the same thing. There aren't Extra electronics.

That post means you aren't ready for boost yet. You really need to read up on whats involved before you do anything. If you on't want gauges or a ecu tune, then you don't want boost.

i think he meant that he didn't want an extra electronic box sitting in the car. but yeah, you are going to need at least a boost gauge so you can make sure not to over boost and pop your motor. but i agree with WD if you aren't ready for those things then you might want to hold off on the boost. as far as a sleeper look you can pull it off easily just run a pipe to the throttle body instead of an intercooler and run alcohol or water injection.

I disagree with your logic I have to run gauges, I dont get any other choice? I plan on getting some cheap *** laptop to run my engine management so I can monitor the engine's vitals.

Biki Rom is the same yes but what differs is the fact that you can tune the ECU on the fly and dont have to wait for a "half-***" tune. I dont want to have to run an AFC or another piggy back just to make something run right.

And I have to be "ready" I know its a commitment to go another way that is not the norm for the KA.

Im not trying to be an ***, but come on there isnt just one way to do something. I dont wnat to have the norm.

Looking at your laptop to monitor boost etc is a bad idea. The tuning via laptop is a excellent idea in itself yes, but not for monitoring stuff. If sleeper is the way you want to go, I suggest using your glove box to mount gauges in.

What are you going to do with the FMIC? Hard to hide that dude...lol.
