I just got a Greddy FMIC for my car and I noticed that the intercooler piping on the hot side has a pipe sticking out of it for the stock BOV. Since I dont have the stock BOV or anything else, what should I use to plug this part of the pipe?

i have the same problem, I am just going to cut off the extra tube and have my friend weld a piece of metal over the hole. Problem solved, then I am just going to buy a hot pipe for mr HKS BOV, i think that is the easiest way and cleanest way. If you know someone that can weld, its great. Or just pay a little money to have it done, it shouldnt be that much.

Go to your local advanced auto parts store and get a part made for plugging vaccum lines. It will be a rubber bushing with a large washer and nut on top. get the one that is slightly to large to fit the whole on the piping and put it on a grinder and grind it till it just fits inside tightly. Then tighten the nut down and vaulaaa!!! Perfect Plug!!!

What this guy said. Rubber freeze plugs. I ran around on that until I eventually got the factory recirculation parts.
