greddy intake vs. ebay knock offs

did the search thing and it answered a lot of my questions but i still have a few. does anyone know if the ebay manifold requires the q45 tb also. has anyone had any fitment problems what so ever with the ebay/knockoff manifolds. ive read that the stock fuel rail needs to be modified for the greddy manifold, anyone have any experience with this? oh yeah the manifold is going to be for a s13 blacktop engine. and finally does anyone recommend a knockoff manifold that really stands out, or are all them pretty much cookie cut images of the original.
