greddy intake

I just bought a car that came with a black top s13 sr20 and it has a greddy intake. The previous owner told me that I need top feed injectors and a top feed rail in order to put the injectors into the intake. Is that true or can I just use side feed injectors ?

that is false. you can use the stock side feed rail
