I'm trying to decide whether or not to go with this. But if I get the greddy intake, what else would I need? Could I use the stock TB or is the one off the q45 needed? Just need a list of what else I'm going to need if I do buy it. Any info would help. Thanks

If you use the stock TB you need the adapter to make it fit....
