ok ... so ive been slowly putting my rb25 back together over the last month and ran into yet another snag!! YAY!!

i bought msd #2030 60lb injectors (the style on the right of pic below - longer and narrower) and they dont fit into my greddy intake ... its as if they needed a rubber washer but then they probably wouldnt be deep enough into the mani and i already tried the stock rubber washers which are WAY to big. i also have the jgy fuel rail.

i just wanted to confirm that i need the style on the right on the pic?? imo, they look like they would fit better but i dont have one to try out (yet)

The Greddy IM is designed to receive side feed injectors. There are inserts that you can install with top feed injectors to make it work.

Check out the pics in this thread from SAU. URAS has been posting on NICO recently so hopefully he can inform us about using top feed injectors with the Greddy IM.

u can fit both side and top on the greddy.

i think (think i posted on one of the aussie boards) but you can use a rb26 top feed rail with the greddy manifold.

but i do believe they are designed for import injectors (smaller then msd iirc)

anyways, im using sard top feeds with my greddy plenum. custom rail

yeah use 10.5mm top feed injectors in a HKS greddy or similar rail. If you need better pics let me know where to host them

this is a neo done a while back and the injectors (blitz 534cc) look very similar to the MSD sizewise.http://www.skylinesaustralia.c...0.jpg

i have a NEO as well and this is what i did...works perfectly. i did however open the injector seat up to match seems how the manifold wasnt designed for top feed injectors..(only to sink the injector further down into the manifold to make sure they seated properly)
