Anyone ever dyno the manifold's power gains? Any guess' as to how much the increase is, if any? I'm trying to decide on my next mod. Thanks.

28rwhp but you need a bigger than stock turbo to make it worth anything at all.

Also you will loose out under 4k with it.

There actually was a 180sx here last sunday at the HKS drag with a T88 and 280 cams, thing sounded nasty. Unfortunally it rained so i couldn't see it race. Also got some pics of a 1200hp GTR, was thinking of post them up for yall.

That's the settup all the ppl I respect in the 240 world seem to run for their streetable cars.

I got the step 1's because they work with the stock springs and retainers. There is a 5-8hp advantage for step 2's but for me it's not worth taking the whole thing appart for that much.

its probably a good idea to do the whole spring/valve/retainer/guide/HG/Head stud package while you are in there.

Only problem i ever have is money.

I had a whore of a time replacing my valve springs (grex). I couldn't find a proper valve spring compressor anywhere, so I ended up buying one of those C-clamp style ones and modifying it. It kept bending and finally broke on the last spring (thank god). Was not a fun task at all. BTW, anyone know where to get a proper valve spring tool to fit the sr20 heads? I wouldn't mind getting one as I do have future plans and heads to work with.

About how much gain would you get from some step1 cams? And how much low end loss? Is it a good streetable daily driver setup?
