I purchased a greddy rail from rawbrokerage and it has 3 ports. Does it matter if i feed the fuel in from the back port or does it have to feed in the front port? In almost all the pictures of aftermaket fuel rail setups its got the feed going in at the front and the return coming out of the middle port. It would just make it easier for me to run my feed to the rear port, so that is why i am asking.

on the 3 port rails you usually use the end ports for feed(when using dual pumps) and the middle one for return. otherwise majority of people just use the end ports the feed and return and the middle blcoked or fuel psi gauge.

add to what he said. use the rear port for feed and the front for return / FPR.or you can split the feed line into two and run to the front and rear, then use the middle one for the FPR.
