which one is best the Ti-C exhaust or Spectrum Elite??? can't decide which one to get???

I dont know much about them (never was a fan of them) but one is a transveral muffler or what ever (like the stock one or borla one) and the other is 2 shaped like the regular greddy ones. and one is cheaper then the other

spectrum looks classier on a '10 than the donkey kong barrels ti-c. Both loud as hell though!

I have the tic , it's good for airflow specially for turbo builds but as a owner of the tic I can honestly say the spectrum looks sexier

Spectrum Elite is sexy as hell (check the QR25DE turbo thread pg 10). I can't vouch for how loud it is on a naturally aspirated car, but on a 2.5S w/turbo kit is as quiet or quieter than a stock Civic SI IMO.

So it's a pretty simple choice if you want a little bit more air flow go with tic if you want a sexier look the spectrum
