Greddy E-manage, E-01, and 240sx

Ok. I'm trying to finalize my install of the e-manage in my 240sx with the KA24DE. For reference, my car is an S13 (1993). Ok, here goes. On the initial setup, where should the dials be pointed? (internal dials). Also, on the injector harness, it has a black wire for the injector ground, but in my FSM there is no ground. It only has a red wire which is backup +. And, on the ignition harness, for the distributor type wiring, anyone know which wire it connects to on our distributor?

I think thats all for now. I got the E-01 hooked up. But, its only reading RPM ...hehehehheeh....
