I think we should send an email to greddy (as a group), telling them to get their butt in gear with this turbo kit. Its one thing to just not make the product, but this is just playing with our emotions:(

See, the problem is, nobody thinks that the KA is an engine they can make money off of by making products for it, how wrong they are! Theres some companies out there makin a lot of money off parts for the KA, I just bought 4 injectors for $400 :) There are however, a lot more people jumping on the bandwagon making stuff for KA's, lets just hope 240's dont end up being the honda of the new century.

If they knew how many turbo'ed KA's are out there, they would have already had it out.

yah, no kidding. . . i'm tired of seeing their ads with their newest CARB legal kit for brand new 2000+ cars and every time, it says "Coming soon: Nissan 240sx". . . they've been saying that for as long as i've HAD my 240! let's hope they get their collective a**es in gear here. . .

If they wanted to do it...they'd have done it already. They have turbo kits for many, many cars out that have come out since the 240SX. They put together a kit for the 350Z already.

But why would you want a Greddy turbo kit for the 240SX anyways? There are other, better options...that are going to be cheaper, bigtime.

I guess there hasn't been the demand greddy wanted for their kit for 240sx. Oh well guess that's more money for FMax and NSport and XS and whoever else make kits..........

screw greddy........ they suck for 240s anyways......that or im just talking about their headers but they do suck. go with the other companies that arent such a$$holes or just build the kit yourself. thats what im going to be doing.

Well to be perfectly honest, I completely understand Greddy's position. Compared to the other cars that Greddy supports, where will they make more money. They are afterall, a business. I really do think that for the most part this is the R&D guys personal project since he owns a 240sx. I think even the headers were as well. And if they don't come out with a kit or at least not in a timely manner, then we do what we have to in order to boost. But I doubt we should call them names for it.

You shouldn't be so concerned about boost as you may think. Any turbo manufacturer can make a highboosting turbo relatively easily, look at things like compressor efficiency of the kit as well as boost thresholds and how it would suite your driving style.

One up side I would see the GReddy coming out with a turbo kit is that it might be CARB EO, which would totally kick a**. Having a cop pull you over and asking to look under the hood, him seeing a turbo kit, and then a shiny CARB EO sticker right next to it, that would be sweet.
