Just like the title says I have a GReddy PRofec B-spec 2 on a sr20det redtop with a T28 and a front mount intercooler.

I set it to boost 10 psi and when it hits 10 psi it shoots back up to 7 psi then it moves very little like 7.2 then down to 6.8

Whats each of your settings? There should be a Start Boost, Gain, and Set Boost setting. Start Boost is used to increase boost levels (adjusted in %), Gain is used to stabilize the boost from fluctuating (adjusted in %), Set Boost is used to hold the wastegate shut to a certain point (adjusted in kpa/psi). To start dialing in the boost, make sure the Set Boost is at 0. Then increase the Start Boost a few % till you reach you desired boost level. Then adjust the Gain setting if theres any boost spike or fall off. I used to have the B Spec II but found it to be a piece of sh*t so i sold it and got a Apexi AVC-R. AVCR is a hell of alot better and easier to use.

Yeah sounds like to need to increase the set boost a few % if it continues to spike, turn your gain up a bit until it levels off.

yea i had the same problem with my spec 2. It would always drop off about 3 psi lower than my target. Then i got a hks evc 5 and holds my target boost all the way to redline. No problems yet. I hear a lot of mixed reviews on the spec 2 but the biggest complaint is that it always drops off.

The Profec B was actually the best EBC on the market for quite sometime. The only real problem with it is it takes some time to get use to and making the minute adjustments takes some time to get it right. I really wish the set boost was in psi instead of wastegate percentage, it would make it alot easier to adjust.

Im a little comfused on this one it says WARNING- L. 0%

Then it says 112 PEAK press it again and it says OFF PEAK

what setting do you have the SET?? just remember it's not your GAIN setting that ups your boost!! it's your SET setting that regulates boost!! the GAIN setting controls your solenoid consistency. in other words to hold your boost stable. I would try this for 10 psi

SET 15%GAIN 10%SET GAIN 6 psiWARNING 11.5 psiWARNING L 10%

then take it for a spin and see what the boost meter says.if it's still low then increase the SET with 2% increments

lte me know how it went
