greddy/ aftermarket oil pans

ive been looking up aftermarket oilpans, and i know the greedy comes with a port for oil temp but does it or any other pans come with a port for oil pressure.

only two ports on the greddy pan are the drain plug and the one for the temp sender.

could you use the port already there for pressure, and if not could you drill a 3rd port

I may be wrong, but I don't think the oil pan is pressurized. You have to tap into somewhere after the oil pump like by the oil filter or stock oil pressure sensor.

where would i tap for oil pressure

The easiest way to do it is to remove the old sending unit and put the one you want in or sometimes there are other passages you can tap into. Right now they are currently plugged with a bolt.

If you want to get fancy and retain your stock oil pressure sensor just so you still have a dummy light in the cluster you can T that hole coming out of the block. Use some nice stainless steel hoses and some Earl's fittings and make mount a T onto the firewall. Don't make 2 connections right off the block with adapters though because the weight of all that crap can cause it to snap off and you'll have 30-80psi of oil squirting out of your engine:dunce
