A friend of mine and her mom are running this charity which is basically an animal shelter for Kittens. Their charity is involved in this competition with Chase Bank called Chase Community Giving and if their charity ranks in the top 200 hundred charities they get some kind of money grant. Currently they need 200 hundred votes to break the top 200 hundred rank.
So where do you fine people of NICO come in?
Well, you guys have to vote of course!
Voting is rather simple, although it requires that you have a Facebook account, so all you people who strongly dislike Facebook; I beg you to turn the other cheek. Just this once. If you don't have an account... make one for this one time!
Anyway, here is a walk-through on the voting process:
-Visit: http://apps.facebook.com/chasecommunity ... ost-friend
-Log in to your Facebook account at the top of the webpage. (If you are logged in to Facebook already on another tab/window you can skip this step)
-On the right side of the webpage you will see a green button that will say "Get Started to Vote"
-Click on that green button and you will begin the voting process
-After you click the button to become a fan of Chase Community Giving then you can vote for the charity "Kitten Action Team" (I know, the name might be cheesy but it's for a good cause... right?).
The voting process is really easy and I appreciate all of the help you guys can give. I've seen you guys work miracles before! I wouldn't bring this to you guys if the charity wasn't worth it... and it also helps that my friend is really pretty and this would be the perfect opportunity to get closer to her
