I just listed a moonroof deflector for an Altima Coupe on Ebay. I started the auction at $1 with no reserve. It is brand new off of a brand new Altima Coupe. Thought I would let everyone know since it is a great deal! :bigthumb:

Here is a link if anyone is interested:

My parents just purchased a 2011 Altima Coupe, my dad gave it to me and just see if you can sell it to someone on NICOclub for a great deal. I am really not looking to make more then a few bucks on it, just trying to see it go to good use. :dblthumb:

My coupe had the deflector installed by prior owner. I wasnt wild about the look for starters, but when I first opened the sunroof and realized the deflector blocks about 6" of valuable sunlight, I couldnt take it off fast enough. As is stands, our sunroof opening is smallish to begin with...the opening is ridiculous with the deflector intact.

Also - despite the rubber gasket base, the deflector apparently digs into the roof paint over time, leaves a permanent impression in the paint. I had mine wet sanded, and its vastly improved, but still visible in certain lighting.

Horrible, horrible engineering with the whole concept IMO...

I couldn't agree more, the sunroof looks full sized at first until you open it and realize it only opens like 70%!!! :bs:

epic fail... :tisk:

I've got marks and a little bit of indentation from where mine used to be. Not sure what I'm going to do about it, if anything. Eventually I might have the car repainted to BMW's Laguna Seca Blue.
