Greetings. I work for a clutch manufacturer called Valeo. We are close to launching a clutch kit for a 2002 - 2006 L4 2.5L Altima. It comes with a solid flywheel which will replace the original dual mass flywheel setup. This is not a performance unit, but a stock style replacement unit and will be a great aftermarket kit with a lower price because the complex, expensive DMF will be replaced by a solid FW. In exchange, the driver gives up a little on the NVH side.

We are looking for someone who is willing to try it out and give us feedback. We will give you the clutch kit free of charge, pay for shipping and pay for labor on installation. All we ask for in return is for feedback on a series of questions to see how the kit performs and how the installation went. This is an opportunity to get a free clutch kit for your Altima.

If interested, please contact us at (888) 71-VALEO, press #1 for Clutches & Transmissions, then #2 for technical support. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

dmf?fw?nvh?

If it isnt a performance upgrade then what is the point besides the less expensive cost?

What about the 2007 plus altima clutch kits? Make a performance one. Id go out on a limb here and say this site has a lot more 2007 plus altima's than 2002 to 2006....

I'm sure there will be someone with their 3rd gen altima that will prototype for you. but if you could slip in a word about making one for the 2007+ altima sedans and 2008+ altima coupes that would be awesome. both share the same transmission for their 6 speed manual transmission. also the sentra SE-R SpecV has the same transmission too (only difference is the HLSD on the optioned models) so you'd get a really big user base since there is 3 (!) model including the great selling altima sedan that want performance clutch.
