okay, so i finally got my car running.

i just got my car to run, i previously swapped the engine out because of a blown head gasket..

so i'm doing things here and there with a buddy helping me out.. when i tell him i'm about to start it, he decides to pour whats left of the 5 quart oil into my crank case, after i have already put in 3 1/2 quarts, i did not notice, nor did he tell me till i saw oil comming out my aiv hole on my exhaust manifold, so maybe a minute or two after i noticed, i quickly turned my car off, and then start shouting at him.

drained the oil to the normal level, but not my car smokes

now, i drove it for 30 minutes, and i still smokes the same

how long does it take for oil to burn off my valves/headers/cat/exhaust?

also the other residues that i had from running my car with my old engine and sputtering out smoke out the exhaust..

my radiator does not bubble, nor shoot coolant out.

my buddy said it might be the intake manifold gasket leaking coolant, which i replaced myself, and torqued in order, i even used the gasket spray on the gasket..

i even disconnected cylinder #1, the closest to the manifold water inlet, and it still smokes..

does it take a couple days or whaa? ive noticed oil (i think its oil) residue on my back bumper, so it might have gunked it up pretty good.

also, my spark plugs are not gunked up with oil, theyre just tannish-burnt, seems like im running rich.
