Gray smoke coming from 98 I 30

Hi everyone,

I have a 98 I 30 with 198,000 which has had absolutely no problems until now. The engine seems to be running ok but suddenly I am getting a lot of gray smoke (almost looks like steam) coming out of the exhaust. The car has never shown any exhaust coming out and I am not sure what I should be checking first. The check engine light is not on so there shouldn't be any codes. Gas mileage seems to be ok. This car does 500 to 700 miles a week in LA traffic and still starts right away and seems to drive fine. Worried that something is happening though and want to take care of it now. Any ideas????
