Did complete Bspec yesterday. Got the McLaren for the 24hr Nurburg and then lvl 24 ticket for completing Endurance races.

Got my 300th car yesterday as well. Only missing around 20 Nissans from the game (about 4-5 of them are the Nismo cars, very rare to see in dealership).

Really hope to make this next race series.

My list is at home. I know I need the 400R and 3-4 other Nismo cars. Then a few random Skylines.

I got that G20 but had just got one, if you need it back let me know. Only Infiniti I'm missing is the FX45.

Need that GTR that you win for all Gold in the highest license test, I don't figure I'll ever be able to get that.

I'm down to 4.5M credits, so going to have to do some racing soon.

As for this weekend's race, I've set up 4 cars to have 500pp...it's weird how they spec out. The 3000GT is the heaviest...and does not have the most HP!? I still need to do some testing...But I think it will be between the Lancer and the G35 coupe.

Still haven't seen a '97 camaro. All I have is an '88 and a couple newer ones.

I'll have to set up my G35, S13, and FC tonight to see which I like the best.

Dude, actually the Super license is the easiest out of all of the tests, seriously. I think only 2 gave me problems but I ended up with all golds and that particular GTR. 0 miles baby. There's no time to beat, just get 1st. Most of them you fly by all of them easily. Im willing to trade but I want it back if you want to copy it or something.

btw, I guess I win for having the most gold license trophies and 0 bronze

I have gold in about 1/2 of the S license, Silver for rest. But I could only get Gold on the first 3 licenses, so silver for the rest. Maybe I'll go try the rest of the S again.

I got the R390 Road car last night as well as the Nismo Skyline '99.

I'm down to $3M now, so gotta race (even after winning 4 of 5 Ferrari series online).

Set up my G35, S13 Silvia, and FC last night. Tough decision. Didn't have time to run them to compare times yet though. Weird how the setup is to keep each at 500PP.

So which Ferrari F car is better? The 2007 or F10?

Apparently F10 is better, more power. But its also a lot more expensive. I wouldn't have bought either of them if I hadn't won the F2007.

It "should" be the 2007.

In 2010 F1 regulations mandated fuel reloads illegal so each car has a more bulgy looking rear end to carry extra fuel resulting in a heavier car. Also in 2010 the cars had more strict aero regulations.

Should be some close racing in next series, my G35, FC, and S13 are within 1 sec of each other it seems. Still don't know which to choose.

Yes and no for me....I did some initial track testing last night and found my 2 fastest.

So for trail mountain here are my results:

97 Camaro: 142.432
95 3000GT VR-4: 140.892
07 G37(Nissan 350 sedan): 139.082
06 G35 (coupe): 136.972
02 Mitsubishi (Lancer): 136.459

So the cars were interesting. The Camaro was just outclassed by pretty much everything and the 3000 GT was just too heavy. The G37 sedan had a really light rear and was very tail happy. So the remaining 2, Lancer and G35 coupe felt pretty good. I ran out of time to fully test and tune for the absolute fastest times though...

It is unusual, my G35 seemed to handle the best, but was the slowest due to weight and lower hp. FC handled the worst but most hp, but higher weight. I only demo'd on Tokyo, so need to run on the other tracks.

Doesn't the Ferrari /FF/FR/etc challenges only pay out like $12,000. I havent really checked for any new online races.

btw I think Need for Speed Shift 2 comes out next week. Goodbye GT5. Ill have no regrets.

The Ferrari ones are about $200k each, others are much lower.

I'll take a GT game over NfS anyday.

i mean wow, poly. no one ever got tired of confirming upgrades/installments during testing? and no brake upgrades? none? lots of small things like that too. for the menu being pretty much the same over the last 5 installments, you'd think things could have evolved into a bit more streamlined an animal.

still though, theyre both great fun. certainly curious to see what turn 10 brings to the table this time. i may finally break down & buy a xbox.

Good points...Gran Tursimo is far from perfect. Most races are either too easy or too hard/long. B-spec isn't perfect either...should really have a speed up option.

As for tuning cars, I wish they had more flexibility and options...agree with you on brake upgrades. I also wish they had a "buy all mods at once" button! Also, why can't I add FI to my G35?? It's a pretty common mod in real life.

I would rather have less cars and more mod options...maybe future patches will include more functions. They did add individual gears so I would think that it's a possibility.
