Does any1 know the date for the game to be released? Last time I checked it wasnt supposed to come out untill May I think. I cant wait to play it though.

Supposedly 6/30/2004. But don't expect anything, because that date will probably change just like the last few.

Asked my friend at EB Games last night and he said it was coming out second week in July or atleast that is when they are supposed to get it

^^^ most likely NOT because the past 3 have been only on the PS2 because it is basicially Sony who develops it

I'm sure they will at least put it out before the Christmas shopping season. At least, they better. Or else I'll have to poop on Sony.

Not sure about PS2 prices dropping but if they keep pushing the release date back I might have it paid off with my $5 every 2 months budget.

haha, you're probably right, hell GT3 was originally supposed to be 'GT2ooo' and was suppoesd to launch with the launch of hte ps2 (october 26, 2ooo) but it kep gettin pushed back so far, they had to change the name, it didnt come ou ttill july of o1

dr!ft do you know when this was written because last time I heard the hard drive was supposed to be out in January and that obviously did'nt happen. Just trying to figure out when the hard drive will actually be out.

Actually, it's supposed to ship on 3/23/04. It will still be $99, but will actually come bundled with Final fantasy XI!

i'm not an RPG fan at all. i hope i can get the 40GB hard drive w/ gt4 or somethin like that. damn, its gonna be tyte, i still play gt3 on a daily basis. just like all of you, i can't wait.

WORD, me too. still playing gt3 cause gt4 is not out yet lol..

but i am an RPG fan, just havent had the time/funds(usually go the car instead lol) to go buy ffxi yet.

The latest info that i've seen for release was August 13, i think. Not sure exactly on the day but I know it's in August.

I hope I'm not dirt poor around that time... if that second week of July holds, it'll be right in time for my birthday =D. That along with some movie that looked decent (Will Smith, robots go nuts... kinda interesting), important because even if it is rated R, finally, I can go legally, such a wonderful experience!

I'm first in line at my gamestop. I preordered it like 3 months ago. Yeah i'm a geek.

BTW all, its been pushed back to November 1st 2004. In time for the holiday season. damn i knew this would happen.
