is this kit a knock off of GP Sports? its half the price of the GP Sport, the pics are pretty much identical, besides a few small details, probally photoshoped

GPS Body Kit: $850.00

GP Sports: $2000.00

anyone have experience with these? or hear anything bad about them, fitting issues etc.

it wont be for a year or so til i get a kit, just researching now. im looking at origin stream, charge speed, or gp sports. im leaning toward origin because i never really heard any horror stories from them.

post the site where youve found both of these...thatll give a better heads up, somtimes sites use pictures of the real thing to showcase what theirs looks like but in reality its not legit. so be careful

thats what im scared of, i was hoping someone on here has tried this kit. i was tempted to go for the GP G4 but i think $2000 is a bit to much for my first kit.

the sites i was looking at are:GP SPORTS G4http://www.andysautosport.com/....html

GPS Body kit:http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/bodykits.html

yeah i dont think the pdm offered kit is real, they dont advertise gp sport in the details, they just say it is = GPS Style ...so yeah, the picture is real but the product wont be. what im thinking anyway

Never order from Andy's Auto Sport. 100% guarantee that the "real" parts you order will not be real. They make crappy molds of high dollar kits and sell those for the same top dollar.

oh i agree chris, OP if you want the real thing, call andys and have them email you a picture of the tag on the kit...i know origin has a tag on the inside of their bumpers. gpsports would probably have the same...if they refuse then dont bother. but its not out of the question that they have some legit stuff either man. just investigate it.

i won't be getting anything from andy's, from what i hear i can't see how their still in business loli was talking to pdm, it is a copy "a good copy tho" said the fitting is really good, im not taking the chance tho

i think i'll go with the Origin Streamline, seems like the safest way. What are your opinions on fenders, should I get them?, what are the benefits? what size? Do they look better/worse.

I am not in a rush for them so I could just pick a few pieces up here and there. I want to have everything ready before paint.

yeah i dont blame you.fenders? well wider fronts and rear overfenders are just for fitting crazyer wheel/tire combos and looks...thers no real benefit unless you need to cover some damage or need a few more millimeters to fit a certain width wheel under the car.they look great on s13's but unless youve got some crazy wheels they just look out of place.

Mine fits great. I had to remove it to paint and refinish it and it went back on no problem

prone to cracking in the corners, and beside the headlights tho...
