governor wire on ecu

can anyone tell me which wire to cut on the ecu to get rid of the governor? im doing this for a friend.. thanks.

It was the 8th wire yellow with green stripe. Going to K-mart to buy god of war looking to buy a digital camera too. I"ll take a pic and post here if I do buy one.
