Gotta couple of Questions

I have a 93 hatch and need help with a few things about the car. First is where is the pcv valve located. next is i bought this car without knowing alot about 240s and i dont have an AIV system in my car and was wondering if not having it would effect my drive ability or thing else also can anyone tell me what would cause my car to blow white colored smoke when started
