gots fuel and spark but 14 wont turn over

i replaced , fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs and car still wont turn over, car was a auto to manual conversion and wiring is fubar, i found a tiny switch to an alarm ( i think) that i turned off but it still wont start. i confirm i have fuel and spark, but i am STUMPED i need this thing started up asap how would i go about removing the alarm he wired in , and also removing stock alarm, just to narrow down my problems

Your starter motor is not turnering over? nothing complex about that.the starter only needs positive and negative to start.

update : i checked plugs they were wet from gas so i threw in my 2nd set, still nothing, i removed old alarm which i thought was the culprit but wasnt, stil nothing last time i checked i had spark and now i know i got fuel its hard to do anything when yer by yer self sigh gunna let new plugs that are covered in gas dry and gunna try some more things

You sure that's the starter and not a relay? Is it a clicking sound you hear?

The ignition timing may be incorrect; check it out.

i hear no clicking at all (only when battery is low) here is a quasi update

another update i dont have spark anymore !!! unless i am checking it wrong ( take off wire attach a s plug to it and place it against exh mani or block for ground and have a friend crank it and i check for spark) could be cause i adj the rotor, i will try that with ecu (it cant hurt) but what should i do to get spark again ?

Yes, you're checking for spark correctly.

First of all, make sure the battery is fully charged. Check all the fuses and ground connections.

Do an ECU code readout to see if any fault codes are set.

gettin obd2 reader tonight, battery was jumped, and gunan check fuses once i get battersy for my test light
