Yeah, we do have a pool. Also, about 40 feet form the pool is this big, deep recessed area called the Tri. What a class did a few years ago, was drain the pool into the Tri. But I want to take that a step further. I say, do that and then make one, huge batch of Jello using the water in the Tri. :)

I think fish would probably be able to survive in it...

Think about all the priceless pics you could have of you and buddies sitting by the pool with fishing tackle and a cooler...

kool aid would probably require the pool being drained. Filling a pool isn't cheap.

Now, Jello will react the same if the water has chlorine right?

And how much Jello would I need? I'm not sure exactly how many gallons are in the pool, but it is fairly big. 10ft deep end, about 12 swimming lanes across it. I'd say about 30ft by 50ft. Any estimates?

No, as in "it wouldn't work"? Or no, as in "I'd be an idiot to actually try something like that"?

Wes, I'm glad youre taking this so well. I guess its no big deal, just a few hours of cleanup....And the pool idea, that would require a truckload of jello or mashed potatoes!!

Yeah, I was thinking of other possibilities as well. One thing that sounded awesome was using those Military just-add-water meals. I think they're called REM's (ready-to-eat-meals). There the one's that start off in a small package, add water, and then they grow bigger. Something like that would be awesome.

No, it's me and about 7 or 8 friends that are planning the Senior Prank this year. But I do think the Jello idea would be way too expensive. A cheaper, and easier-to-pull-off prank would probably be a better idea...

Any other ideas?

Dude, you watch too many cartoons. :)

It's MRE's and they don't grow when you add water.

Damn... :D

Oh, another idea would be to drain the water into the Tri, and then fill it up with goldfish. Or some other cheap fish you can get at a pet store.

edit: Other Idea...

Obtain extra padlocks (enough to padlock all, or at least some, empty lockers) Obtain the same amount of cordless alarm clocks Synchronize all the clocks, and set the alarms to go off during school hours (you could set different clocks to go off at different times also) Place all the clocks in empty lockers and padlock them closed

^^ To expensive ^^

I think you could go something on the mass market and have an effective prank for under $50, and that would be combined...

I say spend a day at any "buy in bulk" place and go crazy!

I'd like to think of something that has to do with cardboard, cause I know I could find large amounts of it, for free. From huge furniture boxes, to carpet rolls, all could be used to build something. But what?

One year these kids put some kind of glue in all the locks, but they got caught. Its worth a try though.

Ive been ponderin about faking a siezure. Ill put an Alkaseltzer in my mouth, roll my eyes into my head, and pretend to have convulsions. Then I realized that no matter how good that'll be, it'll still be pretty mean as well.

The glue in the locks is always funny. I had this fat guy who lived in the apartment above mine. He worked strange hours and came in around midnight and would stay up till about 5 AM. Well, he liked watching TV in his bedroom which happened to be right above my bedroom. He liked watching TV really really loud. I would bang on the ceiling at 1 or 2 in the morning for him to turn it down, but he wouldn't, he would always turn it up louder. I finally got fed up and decided to start pranking him all the time. So, one day I put super glue in his lock so that he couldn't get the key in. I heard him trying to get in later that night about midnight and couldn't get in. About an hour and half later he made it into the apartment with the help of a locksmith I guess.
