Got this interesting S14, don't know what it's fate is gonna be.

When I bought this car I wanted an S13 coupe. Got this because it was a good deal. Little did I know I was gonna have a hard time finding interior parts. Seems like everyone parting an S14 out the dash is destroyed or they want a billion dollars for it.

Tuning the turbo setup is easy because I'm originally a DSM guy and tuning isn't new to me. I just dont know if the S14 is worth the trouble.

Maybe I should have waited and just got the S13 coupe I originally wanted

Lose the hood spacers and paint/replace those wheels. For some reason it looks like it's missing some trim or something. Idk I have an s13. The body looks to be in good shape though. What are the specs on your turbo kit?

Welcome to NICO btw. Check out the KA-T section.

looks good, why ditch it? almost the same color as the r14, the wheels arent horrible, looks like someone already pulled the rear wheel wells for you... just ditch the clear corner lights as they dont really match the painted bumper lights.

wow.. I've never even seen the r14 before. lol I guess Maaco hooked me up with this paint. I know the white color on the wheels is ugly but thats how I got them.. I want to powdercoat them.

Still don't know though about keeping it. I really want an S13 and the interior is killing me.

I'd love for it to be half as nice as that r14 though that thing is sexy.

You want to get rid of a perfectly good S14, because you can't find...interior parts? Dude, just sell that car to someone who will actually appreciate it. Sell it to a NICO member for cheap

I know what I have. The car is an ebay boosted S14, It's the base model. Coming from a Eclipse which was fully loaded, you can't blame me for not feeling comfortable in a gutted interior.

Didn't you know what you were getting into before you bought it? I own a 2G DSM and I have to admit the interiors on the loaded DSM's are better looking than the 240's. Sell it to Yesitisi, he'll give it a good home.

I always say, get the car you really want. I always wanted an S30 and ended up getting an S13. I love my S13, but I'm always left thinking... what if...

No PM here on NICO, email the guy.

no pms, and if you want to do any kind of business dealings do it off-site.

yesitisi, buyer beware. nothing against the op but most of the scammers out there tend to pop up out of nowhere like this.

I'm not a scammer bro, I came here because I know I can get a straight up opinion on what direction I should take with this car.

Everyone I know with a Nissan recommends nicoclub. I started posting on KAT.org but to be honest I dont find the site very helpful.

not trying to insinuate anything about you, this is just a standard lesson everyone learns eventually. hopefully not the hard way.

Look past the haters, and feel free to post. NICO is easily the best forum for 240SX's I've ever been to (and I'm registered (offender) with almost everyone)

There are a lot of bad threads, and a lot of hate. But the archives and the old FAQ's are pure gold. Lots of good write-ups etc. As for your car, keep it! It needs some work, but it looks clean overall.

I owned a base s14 and crashed it. Then i had no choice but to buy an eclipse (gst) and i will tell you... i could not wait to get rid of the eclipse.

Fully loaded? so what if the base s14 doesnt have power door locks and a sunroof? all that sh*t brakes on the eclipse anyways.

Thankfully some one crashed my gst and i bought a 95 S14 SE with terrible interior. Replaced the carpet, steering wheel/airbag, both door panels, center console, shifter trim/boot, radio trim, and did my own leather seats from ebay. It's not expensive if you just look in the right places. and my dash is cracked but i got over it.

I Love 240s!

Mine's not, and it's a 17 year old car. I searched for four months for this car though, you just gotta look.

what kind of wheels are those? I want

your think your interior is bad? being all intact(or even somewhat) and stripped to hell...consider yourself lucky.

btw they make paint and fiberglass for a reason. get a screw driver, pull the dash, and make it purdy.

I was thinking about a fiberglass dash.

I've never worked with fiberglass before, but it would be nice to have a completely custom dash. Probably would take weeks.
