I've been enjoying the port of Mario 64 and the Metroid Hunters demo. Plus, having chat software with a maximum ideal conditions range of 100 feet is pretty tyte, yo. I can't wait until the net connectivity is up, then I can kill people I don't even know.

I may be forced to get it just because of that Mario port, new stars, mmmm. The connectivity stuff is really cool, I was playing with one in EB, but I'm not convinced anyone else is going to have one. It'd be different if i was in school, but no one's going to have one anywhere I am.

I may get one anyway, we'll see. It is a slick little unit, no doubt. I still haven't seen any pics of the carts. Is the thing backwards compatible?

I haven't played Nintendo in so long.

I LOVE Dr. Mario (wicked old school) and Mario Kart.

My roommate got one, too, and we've been playing the multiplayer mode (beat eachother up to get the most stars) in Mario. Its fun, but there's only four maps.

I really want Mario Kart DS...that'll be fun, especially since, thanks to the bottom screen, the view is unobstructed by a map, and you can see where you are going.

And you only need one copy of the game among all the players in a multiplayer game.

Metroid's controls are awesome. There is a little thumb-stylus you can use like a mouse and it feels just like a PC FPS with mouselook...FAR superior to the Metroid Prime controls on the GCN.

The music in Dr. Mario will be forever stuck in my head...it kicked ***, MIDI techno, oh yeah!
