sorry a search didn't help me find this answer...my dealer gave me the OEM part for the front license bracket- but there aren't any instructions in it. I'd really rather not drill holes in the front bumper without some direction. Can any of you give me a clue? Thanks in advance...

Normally, it does require drilling the front bumper. Instructions are in the Service Manual (link is in my sig).

However, there is apparently a Stillen product that avoids the drilling. Do a quick search (big blinking Search button on this page... just above these posts) for this recent thread and it will show you what is possible!

And, oh yes, welcome to NICO!

Thank you... the ei (exterior/interior) section for the 07 came closest- but nothing on installing that bracket. The kit came with black, plastic sleeves- similar to drywall anchors... ?? Since I've already got the part, I'd just as soon install it... John
