got some transmission questions

doing a auto to 5 speed swap in a 98 240sx

Randomly, two 5 speed flywheels look very different. Hope that doesn't matter: both are 5 speed flys.

we are ready to wire up the 5 speed and have a few questions. We do not know what to do with the following sensors/wires: I think we just plug them, but not sure. The are located on the passenger side of the auto, but have no place on the 5 speed.

None of those are needed..I've done helped very much 3swaps recently all s14s. only sensors reused if keeping the auto harness, speed sensor, and crank angle sensor. To start the car you must wire up the top connector adjacent to fuse box. cut two wires and cross them together to start car.
