Got scratches?

i found some "nasty" scratches. not tooo deep but you can feel it.what is the best way to remove them? polish compound?

Is it bad enough to require touch up paint, wet sanding, and polishing?

i dont think its THAT deep. i probably just need to use some scratchX, or SwrielX, or some kind of rubbing compund....hopefully.DAMN IT!!
