The same thing happened to me with a 1982 Suburban, he was going about 10mph or less. The damage didn't look too bad, but when I went to get an estimate, the first one was $3,000!! I had to beg State Farm not to total my car cause I have put alot of money into it, so they fixed and I just got it back yesterday

But the reason it was so much money was because when I got hit, it bend the floor pan where the spare tire goes, so watch out for that, they had to replace my whole rear body panel. See, in this pic you can't really even see too much damage.
