Was almost sideways around this turn. Off this road at a new traffic light they put up. Was just heading to a buddies apartment. I honestly thought about running, cause he didnt' immediately turn around, but there was another one coming so I just pulled over, got my info and stuff ready, and told him straight up I was doing it on purpose and was just going fast for the fun of it. He said ok, honesty is the best policy and I appreciate it....so he went away, then came back and was like ok mr davis we are going to just give you a contact card. and the only reason its this and not a ticket is because you looked as if you were in control and you didn't loose it and almost kill someone...and you were honest with me, so, I am just going to log it and tell all my buddies, so get that **** off the road. I was like yessir, lol.

This was my first experience with a cool cop, heh.

finally a decent cop out there. You both knew you were int he wrong to do that, but atleast he was respectful toyou after you telling the truth. I wish I could be that lucky.

The new lip caused too much downforce on the front end, causing the back tires to break loose in the turn.

LOL, yes the new lip kept the frontend planted to the road I guess.

Yea I'm very glad I got pulled over by a decent cop. There were actually two that walked up to the car, but one of them left when he saw that I wasn't being an a$$ and I wasn't drunk or something, heh.

Cool you didn't get a ticket. I was pulled over 2 months ago for drifting and the cop called it street racing. I didn't get a ticket. He tried to put the fear of god in me, so I played along just so I didn't get a ticket. He said you have had you licence back for 2 weeks and you have had 3 tickets in the last year, I don't think you need another. I agreed.

I guess with all the BS that the cop had to hear all day, it was kind of refreshing.

Lucky!I know plenty of officers, okay, more than plenty. And I dont know but maybe one that wouldn't have let you hold one.

Lucky, lucky, lucky...

Glad to hear the law dog was cool.

Decent cops? I knew they existed somewhere. I told the truth and the officer wrote it on the ticket
officer wrote:subject admitted he didn't have a reason for his actions and that he was "bored."
That made it 10x worse to fight.

yeah, and all I did was pull the ebrake in a wet, empty parking lot and spun like a 180. He kept me for nearly an hour, and was really rude. You were very lucky! How old was the cop would you say?

so long as you're polite and respectful and didn't do something completely asinine to begin with, they're usually good people.

He was probably mid 20's. He also told me that he new what my car was meant for and he could tell I did too, so just dont do that crap on the road. I was almost in awe.
