Have you checked to see if you are getting power to the injectors?

its getting 12v through the harness, but it is not getting signal from the ecu. ive checked the continuity in the harness, and its good on wires. ive tried using another ecu thinking that was the problem. but still the same thing.

yeah i checked it with a test light on the ecu signal wire and used a meter to check the power wire.

I am thinking crank angle sensor but i don't see it affecting just two cylinders.

id say cas but since u tried that already...if your getting signal at teh injectors then id say that possibly 2 injectors are dead. pull the plugs out and the cas and then spin the cas (counter clockwise) and look down into the cylinders and see if its sprayin fuel.

I am not an SR expert but i think all the Redtops came out of the S13.Are you sure the ECU you tried is good? You might also want to pull the cover off the ECU and inspect it.

the ecu is good. it came off a running car, and also double checked the ecu. also sldeways the number 1 and 2 injectors arent getting a pulse signal from the ecu.

I'd probably guess your injectors are dead. They seem to have a ton of problems with em in these cars...

Well considering you were able to get a working ecu from a running car why not try putting the two injectors from the running car to your car and see if that works if so then your injectors are dead, that simple seeing as you seemed to have trying everything other than replacing the injectors, process of elimination.

Since you say you are not getting the signal to fire the injectors and you have tried a known good ECU i would go back over your wiring very carefully and be sure and check your grounds.

Use a good meter with a min max capture, really check for voltage to the injector.

it has been known for ecu's to burn out injector blocks on the boad with no sighn's of damage to the board its self...ive had 2 ka24de ecu's do that..both with cyl#3..you may have something grounding to frame or choking signal...but id do a few test's to be certain...ohm test the injectors just to make shure..then swapp ecu's& injectors...if none of those work..check timing.. ...it might be the maf, cas,or that pesky coolant temp sensor (possibly)...could even be a O2 sensor or a plugged cat...so many possibilitys you should really rule out the basics and then get back to us with what ya find..good luck

I'm in New Mexico. Where are you located? I'm sure I can get it to work. I've even got extra injectors. Send me an email and I'll get you my number.

Have you pulled the plugs on the cylinders that are dead? Are they gas fouled, are they dry-snow white? You have determined which cylinders are dead, now what is compression? Did you put a noid light on the injector harness to see if it has pulse. I don't like to use a test light for injectors. I am not sure if its a injector problem. Which (2) are dead?

the plugs are gas fouled. the no. 3 and 4 injectors are the ones that dont get an ecu signal. got tested with a noid light. im gonna run a compression test in the morning. i've checked the harness from the ecu plug to the injector plugs and there is no resistance in the wires.
