Ok, so I finally get the ***** running, and a few weeks later I'm showing off to some guys in a parking lot doing donuts and whatnot. It starts running really rough so I take it home and park it. I pull the spark plugs, tada, they are all fouled. Replaced those, cranked it up...same sh*t. At first I was thinking head gasket, except that when I give it about 40% throttle it runs fine w/o a noticable loss in power. As soon as it hits boost it starts running very erradic again, shaking and whatnot. The idle is very low...about 400 rpms, jumping up and down. The exhaust also has some black smoke. I have been running -28% on my SAFC settings undynotuned(28% b/c 27% was annoyingly rich). Looking back I shouldn't have been doing what I was w/o it tuned but hind sight is 20/20. So anyways...

I'm thinking one of a few things:

1) blew my SAFC, and it's running crazy rich. (it did get an electrical shock a while back and I had to do a factory reset. It seemed to work ok after that)2) mad MAFS3) bad o2 sensor4) blown headgasket

I'm gonna try to run out tonight and grab a compression tester and do that, but any suggestions would be excellent.

Are you sure the plugs are fouled? Typically a plug that is carbon fouled will not let the engine start. If it's partially fouled, the carbon will probably burn off once the plugs get hot enough(assuming you have plugs in the right heat range).

Secondly as far as the shaking, describe it a little more clearly. Does it feel like you hit a rev limiter? Or does it rev up fine but with excess vibration? Or hesitantly? What size gap are you running on your plugs?
