Pics? It depends on how thick the paint is. You may need to wet sand the area w/ the paint, compound and buff it.

OR try to scrape it off w/ your fingernail or a wet razor blade if it's not that bad?

Find the owner of the lot/ who did the painting and get them to have it removed. They painted your car, it’s their responsibility to fix it. If that happened on a state road the county/ state has to pay for it. That stuff is nasty and sometimes cant be removed without messing up the paint.

didn't notice this was from 02 haha. but, for future readers.

when I bought my 240, it had white over spray all over it. People kept recommending a clay bar kit(such as one from meguires or mothers) finally I dished out the 20 bucks for the kit and it worked wonders without leaving any scratches etc. Takes some time though...

If you accidentally drop the clay, just throw it away because it picks up any dirt/little rocks that will scratch your paint. I recommend breaking the clay bar into 2-3 pieces. Don't apply to much pressure, just wet it and let it glide over, you'll notice(hear & feel) the surface get smoother as you pass the clay over it. If you let the surface get to dry, the clay will start to stick to the paint and become all a mess.. gl
