What A/C compressor do i need? The sr one or the ka one?
I have a 93 DOCH motor going to a s13 blacktop.

But to riddle your question, normally guys purchase the KA A/C adapter thing to use the stock lines. Or you can use the SR one and have a hydraulics shop refab your ends on your A/C lines to correct it.

Or you could do like most other SR guys and just roll your windows down

You can use the KA compressor, but only two mounting holes will line up. And you'll need a custom belt for it. Or do what I am gonna do. that is, take the lines (KA + SR) to a shop and have them fab new custom lines.
