Got New T Tops in today..how do I remove the panels from the old ones?

I want to change out the panels from mine to the new ones...what screws or bolts if any do you remove? Thanks for the help!

havn't done it but I heard it was a PITA like most everything on a Z32, might be a good idea to grap a FSM
