good lord, the domes on those are huge! What compression ratio do they give?

nice man, i wasnt thinking of building up my 25 until i got some 26 rods and pistons dirt cheap that i could always throw in

I got some rb20 cp forged pistons and i have not been able to locate rods. does anyone know where i can get some or who makes them. Thanks

i paid $699 for them, its stock compression and there 20 overbore...the dome looks bigger i guess because there shinny compared to the stock ones ??? maybe??? but i compared them to the stock ones, no different i can see by the eye on the dome

cornloaf where did you get your pistons from?did they have them instock or did they have to custom make them for you?Try http://www.RaceEng.comI dont know if they have the rods instock but they can make them for you though

They are 86.5 oversized so they were custom, but you can get them at phase2motortrend. they have lots of RB stuff. My friend knows the guys, so he got it at pretty good price for me.

Also, does anybody know about what HP the stock rods are good for?? also if i had them shot peened will that make them much stronger. I'm looking to build it to about 500 or 600bhp.

not sure, i got them at raceeng.com, good company, i paided $16 for 2 day shipping, cant beat that...plus i havent seen those pistons anywhere else for cheaper

what's the end result for the connecting rods? I see raceng.com carries the piston kit but from what i read it's just piston, rings, wristpins.
