its pretty simple really man. just follow the directions that come with it. you won't need to run a return fuel line, you'll need a FPR and a pressure gauge and the hardest part is just getting the new bolts for the new carb on.

You were definitely right...very easy install...The worst part was getting the old carb off...Runs great....Still need to get a regulator and gauge, but I am in the process of getting the tank boiled out so have just been running of an auxiliary can!!!

Installed...need to modify my throttle cable bracket so my stock cable fits in it.
Another question....My throttle cable has the lead "ball" on the end to keep it from pulling through... I have no way to use that on the weber....the trunnion has a whole in to run the cable through and two washer to sandwich it between, but what will keep it from pulling out without the "ball" on the end?
