yeeeehaw!! I finally got my turbo in today, its a VNT-25 from a 1990 chrysler lebaron GTC. VNT stands for Variable Nozzle Turbine, for those of you curious. Here is a site that has pictures and goes into further detail. I guess they start to spool at ridiculiously low speeds and I can tun it into a T28 on the intake side. this should be fun!!! only downside is I have to get a custom manifold made for it, oh well! oh yeah and a boost controller will be a PITA to find as well, anyone have any ideas??

later,McAdam

p.s. what would 19psi on a CA motor get me in terms of HP, roughly speaking??

How long would that thing last at 19psi though? I'd like to see a compressor map, something tells me that 19psi will be out of it's efficiency range, but maybe if you get it rebuilt and rework it a bit like you said...well good luck :D
