I know pretty much everyone on here knows that these are good stuff, but I just thought id post my impression. There is so much noise from the differential that its unbearable. Crazy whirring and stuff. ugghh. haha JK . Noises are actually pretty cool, i can even hear the transmission when I shift, and its fun to listen to(but not very loud at all). Anyways, they are good stuff and really easy to install. I still have stock suspension(waiting on some kts coilovers), but it actually rides better now, cause the back end is less bouncy. Hardly any bouncing on launch, flatter cornering, you name it, they pretty much helped every aspect of the suspension in a small way. Btw, my car has 155000 miles on it, and the bushings were pretty much completely shot. the inner part had nearly separated from the outside section on several of them. So yeah, if you have alot of miles, buy them. Worth your money. And dont buy the ones off ebay, they dont have the slot on the top collar and are just rippoffs of spl, who spent time and money developing them.

I was all worried about my subframe dropping on me or somthing, but its really so easy. After I started I just figured it out. I live in austin, so i just picked them up. Fitment was so good. As I was tightening them down the bushings just started screaming. Creaking and everything haha. They got so compressed. Anyways, jack up car by the diff, and put jackstands under the jack points. unbolt bracked on bottom of front two bushings, take off bottom washer, then lower the jack under the diff, untill more weight of the car is on the stands. you can then pull the subrame down just enough to slide the top collars in. Then jack her back up, but in lower collars, but dont tighten all the way down, or else the back of the subframe will never come low enough to slide in the top spacer. Back is dont the same way, just there is no bracket on the bottom. Its that easy. Dont even think about it, just buy em.
