Got my Nav System! But Now I Have 1 Question

I won a stock navigation system on ebay the other day. $230 got me the screen/dash parts, the in-dash control unit, and even a map CD. However, it did not come with the radio. Is there an aftermarket stereo kit for cars with navigation? If not, has anyone found a good way to mount an aftermarket cd player in the dash under the navi controler?

The only "kit" I know of to convert from non-nav to nav is the factory trim piece, but I do not believe anyone makes a I35 kit that does much more.
