Welcome to the forum!
I'd recommend the following:
A complete flush of the coolant system. Half distilled water, half coolant. Flush it with distilled water (cheaper to flush with) till it runs clean, then add your coolant.
Redline MT-90 is an excellent fluid, I use it my transmission and it's excellent.
The rear diff takes 75W-90, and Redline also makes an excellent fluid for that.
I'd also bleed out all the brakes and clutch. ATE TYP-200 is an excellent fluid for both.
Oil changes I'd suggest a quality synthetic and a Purolator PureONE filter. There are other options for filter, but I'd steer clear of Frams, STP, and other base level filters. Be good to your car and she'll be good to you both

It only works if you have an air compressor though, otherwise you need a long, long funnel or a suction pump
