Whats up every1 its your friendly neighborhood rookie. Ne way i got my exhaust today, its a Megan Racing exhaust looks flawless and all pretty (in a manly sort of way :) ) like. Still need a MAF but other than that im happy and cant wait to finally get it up and running. Might upgrade the turbo with my tax money. I love my ca18det.

How do they sound? I have been considering this one too. I bought the Megan test pipe and was very impressed by the quality for the money. But I really don't want a farty sounding car. I know there is no way to make it sound as good as my Subaru, but I just don't want it obnoxiously loud like most straight muffler cars. I have to deal with a 91db noise limit at most of my races so I need to be able to keep it there or lower.

a nismo exhaust will make your 240 sound as good as your subaru. ive only got a cat on mine and ive yet to hear a sweeter sounding exhaust. itll cost you your left nut but i think its more than worth it. when i was parked in my garage after school today i didnt think my car was running (thought i might have stalled it pulling into the garage?) but saw that it was when i looked down at the tach. its really deep and isnt very loud at all, even when you get on it. ok, enough shameless advertising, im done.

The Blitz NUR spec I heard ona SR was loud but deep, I liked it. Im wondering how my HKS 3 1/2 inch is gonna sound since its not a strait through. The best bang for the Buck i think is the TOP SPEED stainless cat back. It sounds good and is cheap, I think it might also be the same as project silvia if they sell one. Same damn companey.

if you were asking about my nismo exhaust, it has 70mm piping. so its 2 3/4in.

its not on the car yet since my motor is not installed but ive heard nothing but good things from using the *search button*, mostly from the sr guys, and this kid had it on his sr at this place were we all hang out and it sounds pretty good. Plus kinda hard to beat the price.

IMHO Blitz exhausts drone too much, the HKS systems sound way better.

Thats a pretty damn nice looking exhaust Ca19det. By the way does anyone know where i could get some wheels, or where they got there wheels. I would like the all black nismo ones (I think they're like 16's) but i dont really have the money for em. If not i still have my good ol' nissan alloys :)
