got my car started, but got a question

i finally got my car started up last week. its a s13 blacktop in a 96 240. i got a greddy FMIC, HKS BOV, OBX tubular manifold, ACT race cluth, WALBRO fuel pump. HKS intake, full 3 inch exaust, VLSD. my question is whenever my car is really cold like in the morning before i go to work, it hard to start up, i have to give it gas while im cranking it and it still takes forever to start. can anyone tell me whats wrong and does anyone else have this problem.

Do you here your fuel pump coming on when you turn the ign switch on without starting the car? Also how is you timing? Is it set right? Iv'e seen a few people have this same issue so hopefully one of them will see this and post up.
