n/m nismo freak already helped me out and told me what to do in case
from the looks of the corrosion on the motor if it sat just like that outside with the injectors out you at the very least want to spray a bunch of carb cleaner in the open injector holes (and maybe look in there with a flashlight if possible to see if there's any puddled in there) to dry up any water that may have gotten in, pull the plugs out and spray some WD40 into the cylinders or pours just a cap full of oil in there and let it sit for a little while. then turn it over with the plugs still out to help lube the cylinder walls a little and get any possible water left out. this should get you running again at least.
